Artist's Comments

Taken at Helvetinjärvi National Park. On that very moment, nothing really happened in the nature itself, only among actions of other visitors of the park. The lake was still, there was no wind, just a second of silence.

:wow:whoa. this is so pretty... i wanna go there. great shot. so where is this park?
:iconmiriarts:
Thanks. :) It's in Ruovesi, for more info, you can Wiki 'Helvetinjärvi National Park', there's some stuff about it in English.

I'll upload another image of the place, taken from above the lake on the highest tourist-accessible part of the national park.

thanks, i will!

awesome!! sounds great!!=D

Its a very pretty lake. The boat gives it a pretty lonely feeling. Great job!

Thanks, though in a way the photo is rather ironic, since on the other side of my camera it was rather hectic, everybody from my used-to-be class was walking around and chatting. Not so much silence in the real scenery.

Wow. This is a nice photo. My favourite part is the five closest trees. They're all a bit different. Like people, maybe, looking wistfully out at the lake, with a boat they can't use, because in reality they're just trees. :(
...I'm making myself feel sad.

Anyway, this is getting added to my favourites. :D

Thank you. Actually, I've never thought of this photo that way. I've always somehow centered my thoughts towards the space right above the boat. I suppose you could think of it as the trees having slightly anthropomorphic features, longing to get to the other side, yet never being able to know what really lies on the other end of the lake.

And thanks for faving.
